MEET THE FAMILY BEHIND THE BRAND
Jason Evans founder and owner was born in western... Nebraska and raised in a family deeply rooted in construction. With a father and both grandfathers as builders, it was no surprise when Jason picked up his first paid construction job at just 14 years old—building fences in the Midwest.
From there, his career evolved quickly. He worked in commercial drywall and stucco (EFS systems), contributing to major builds for national brands like Walmart and Target. By his early 20s, Jason was fully immersed in exterior remodeling—working with seamless steel, titanium alloy, and vinyl siding, as well as soffit, fascia, gutters, windows, and doors.
a lifetime in the trades
Jason’s expertise expanded over the years to include four-season rooms, decks, additions, and full-scale home improvements. He earned recognition by winning material supplier-driven restoration contests and gained extensive experience as both an installer and in quality control and management roles.
In his 30s, he founded Quad City Custom Improvements in Iowa. The company specialized in exterior restoration and custom excavation services, including egress window and door installations—cutting into foundation walls and installing access points in basements.
mastering the craft
In 2022, Jason and his wife sold the business and relocated to Port Charlotte, Florida. There, he worked as a project and production manager for high-end remodeling firms to understand Florida’s local codes, materials, and building methods.
By 2024, Jason returned to business ownership, launching Evolution Home Services LLC. The company quickly gained traction, thanks to Jason’s decades of hands-on experience, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
from iowa to florida: a new chapter
Under Jason’s leadership, Evolution Home Services offers a full spectrum of handyman and remodeling services—from grab bars and ceiling fans to whole-room makeovers and aluminum lanai cage repairs. His deep experience ensures every project is completed with care, precision, and long-term reliability.
what we do today
Jason is married to Nicole Evans, his close friend of over 20 years. The two married in 2019 and now raise a blended family of seven children.
The Evans family is all about working hard and living fully. Together, they enjoy fishing, sport shooting, boating, island cruises, trying new restaurants, metal detecting, relaxing on the beach, and hunting for shark teeth.
More Than Just Remodeling
Outside of home services, Jason and Nicole operate several small businesses. Nicole runs a creative graphic arts company specializing in custom apparel and promotional items.
Jason continues the legacy of his father and grandfather as a third-generation leathersmith, crafting custom leather goods for clients across the USA.
